I started thinking a lot of things about my past. I got the answers to a lot of things about my past which maybe, I couldn't answer before. I had peace with myself. lots of energy and much more relaxed. I could feel my body much more, every single movement.Revitalization. I would like to do it again when Maruti is here next time. I am glad that it was Maruti. He's someone not strange to me and I feel very relaxed. It is someone you trust. Maruti afterwards asked everyone about how they felt about the session and I think he took a lot of importance, he really considers what the results were. I spend a lot of time running around from place to place. No time to rest, no time to sit back and let my body recover and I think in a span of just one hour, it was like going on a holiday for two or three weeks and just relaxing and forgetting about everything. All the things that I was worrying about and stressing out, went away in just one hour and afterwards, the feeling stays with you. You know that a much more peace inside yourself.

Maruti was in my room. He told me to sit down and to sit straight. When he opened his hands, I felt that there is an energy flow through my whole body, through my nerves and through the entire biological, bioelectrical system of my body.
